Terms of Sale & Store Policies All Sales Are Final All purchases made through Blooming by Cait are final. Due to the perishable nature of flowers and custom design work, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed or a subscription has been purchased. Subscription Policy By purchasing a subscription, you agree to a recurring yearly charge based on your selected plan. Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate recipient details, delivery information, and important dates. Blooming by Cait is not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. Pickup & Delivery Policy All subscriptions and orders are pickup by default unless delivery is selected at checkout. Delivery is available for an additional fee based on location. For deliveries: Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address Blooming by Cait is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses If no one is available at the time of delivery, flowers may be left in a safe location unless otherwise specified Holiday & High-Volume Deliveries During major holidays (including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other peak floral periods), deliveries may occur within a designated delivery window rather than at a specific time. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this flexibility. Substitution Policy Due to seasonal availability and market conditions, certain flowers or containers may be substituted. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the overall style, color palette, and quality of the original design. Quality & Satisfaction If you are not satisfied with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. While all sales are final, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit if an issue is verified. Cancellations & Changes Orders and subscriptions cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once they have been processed. Any requested changes must be submitted in advance and are not guaranteed. Limitation of Liability Blooming by Cait is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. Privacy Policy We respect your privacy.
