I had an incredibly amazing experience! I called from the West Coast on a Sunday, not realizing it was only two minutes before they were closing and everyone was getting ready to head home. I desperately needed to send flowers to a woman whose dog had passed away and wanted to bring a little light into her day. The owner and his florists went completely out of their way to put together a beautiful bouquet that was thoughtful and appropriate for the occasion. They even printed the personal note I had written and were able to deliver the flowers within the hour. The owner happened to live in the same town where the flowers needed to be delivered, even though it was a bit of a distance from the shop, and personally made sure they got there. That level of kindness and willingness to help was truly incredible. They sent me pictures of the bouquet, and the flowers were absolutely beautiful and fresh. Everyone I spoke with was so friendly and genuinely helpful. I had already called five other flower shops, and unfortunately, none of them were willing to help because they were about to close. This shop not only helped me when I was in a difficult situation, but they did it with such kindness and care. I will definitely be using them again—not just for emergencies, but for regular flower deliveries as well. Highly recommend!
